Thank you for your interest regarding Young Texans Against Cancer (YTAC) volunteer opportunities. YTAC is a start-up, nonprofit organization comprised of young men and women who have either lost or witnessed a loved one fighting cancer or are seeking to become more actively involved in the cancer community. In addition to fundraising, our organization is focused increasing support for volunteer organizations and educating our community on cancer research. We rely on our wonderful volunteers to make every year a successful one and are always looking for more friendly faces to assist us with our volunteer opportunities.

We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Whether you enjoy working with children, adults, people currently on treatment or long-term survivors, we have something for everyone! Volunteering helps to build character, self esteem and, not to mention, a lot of fun!!! By volunteering for YTAC, you are able to see a smile on a child’s face as they Win A Fish or receive a hug after giving Christmas presents to a family in need. Volunteers are a vital part of our communities, and we encourage everyone to join YTAC in our efforts to spend time with individuals and families affected by cancer. They may learn from us, but even more so we are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn from them.

Please visit the Events page and click the “Volunteer” link next to the Event for which you would like to volunteer or visit the Volunteer Opportunities page and to find out about additional ways to volunteer in your community.
